Quality Pest Control Lawn Service Information

LAWN FERTILIZATION AND INSECT CONTROL PROGRAM
FERTILIZATION: Four granular fertilizer applications will be scheduled per year on an every three month basis. Applications will be applied to provide one pound of Nitrogen per one thousand square feet. Fertilizer will contain a minimum of 25% micro-encapsulation to allow for a controlled release of nitrogen. Iron and minor elements are also included in the fertilizer. This will insure a quick green-up, continual acceptable appearance, and promote a thicker and healthier lawn. All sidewalks and driveways will be blown clear of fertilizer by use of a power blower to eliminate the possibility of spotting or staining by the fertilizer.

INSECT CONTROL: A granular insecticide is included in the granular fertilizer. A granular insecticide will provide a longer and more effective residual than a liquid insecticide. Additional spot treatments will be provided at no charge to reduce insect infestations. Spot treatments may consist of a liquid or granular insecticide.

WEED CONTROL: Post emergence herbicide to help control broadleaf weeds will be scheduled and applied during the Late Fall and the Early Spring when temperature permits.
Lawns must be ALL St. Augustine type grass or ALL Bahia type grass to get a post emergence herbicide. Mixed grass lawns Will Not be treated with a post emergence herbicide.
This treatment is Only for Broadleaf weeds like Dollar weed and clover.

FUNGUS CONTROL: A fungicide is applied on an as needed basis. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow our watering instructions to help prevent a fungus or fungus treatments will not be applied.

COVERED INSECTS: Fire ants, Chinch bugs, Mole crickets, Sod web worms, and Army worms.

NOT COVERED: Moles and Armadillo’s as they are animals, Fleas as we have a separate service, and all non-damaging insects not included in covered insects above.
